Gini came to the US from India for her PhD, the first in her family to leave the country and to get a PhD. Her business world exposure came from an eight week NSF-funded “mini MBA”, which made her realize she liked working with people and was passionate about the application of science. After a Harvard post doc, she started on a path that led to the founding of Numedii.
